Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for services provided by Infinitrix Consulting ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with our services, including but not limited to recruitment and staffing, digital marketing services, and IT services and consulting, you agree to abide by this Policy.
1. General Cancellation and Refund Terms
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected] or through our designated communication channels.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms outlined in this Policy and in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations. or as per mentioned relevant services agreements. We reserve the right to assess cancellation fees or charges based on the type of service and the stage of completion at the time of cancellation.
2. Recruitment and Staffing Services
Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel recruitment and staffing services after engaging with us, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Refunds: Refunds for recruitment and staffing services may be provided on a prorated basis, depending on the stage of the recruitment process and the efforts expended by Infinitrix Consulting up to the point of cancellation.
No refunds will be provided if a candidate has been successfully placed with the client or if significant resources have been invested in the recruitment process prior to cancellation or Candidates Left jobs by their own decision under 3 Months then free one time replacement should be provided, If we are not able to find or placed replace candidates, we should provided refund & Other clause applicable as per services agreement Made.
3. Digital Marketing Services
Cancellation: Clients may cancel digital marketing services by providing written notice within the specified cancellation period stated in the service agreement.
Refunds: Refunds for digital marketing services may be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement and any applicable cancellation fees.
No refunds will be provided for digital marketing services if work has already commenced or if deliverables have been provided to the client & any other clause might be applicable as per services agreement made.
Clients can cancel their project at any time. However, the company may charge a cancellation fee based on the progress of the project and the amount of work completed.
Refunds may be available depending on the company’s policy. Typically, refunds are not issued for work already completed, but the company may offer a partial refund for any work not yet completed.
4. IT Services and Consulting
Cancellation: Clients may cancel IT services and consulting engagements by providing written notice within the specified cancellation period stated in the service agreement.
Refunds: Refunds for IT services and consulting may be provided based on the terms outlined in the service agreement and any applicable cancellation fees.
No refunds will be provided for IT services and consulting if work has already commenced or if deliverables have been provided to the client & other Clause are applicable depends on projects as per discussions.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the terms of the service agreement or applicable laws.
6. Changes to Policy
Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to engage with our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Policy.
