Support for Jobseekers/Candidates

• General Support:

  • Our support aims to help candidates navigate the job search process, enhance their candidacy, and ultimately secure suitable employment opportunities.

• Communication Channels:

  • Jobseekers/candidates may reach out for support and assistance through designated communication channels, including email, phone, or  messages  (Preferred) / calls ( Calls might be not able to receive at all times)

  • Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner during regular business hours, typically within 1-2 working days of receiving the request.

• Application Assistance:

  • Candidates may request assistance with the application process for specific job opportunities facilitated by Infinitrix Consulting.

• Feedback and Guidance:

  • Candidates may request feedback on their resumes, cover letters, and overall candidacy from Infinitrix Consulting's HR  team. Still all Responses depends on Clients respond time. 

  • Our team will provide constructive feedback and guidance to help candidates improve their application materials and enhance their chances of success.

• Candidate Interview Feedback:

  • Infinitrix Consulting encourages candidates to provide feedback on their interview experiences with prospective employers.

  • Candidates can share insights, observations, and any concerns regarding the interview process with our HR Team, which may help inform future interactions with the employer or adjustments to the candidate's job search strategy.

  • Still, Interview feedback depends on clients respond time, Our HR Team will try to get Feedback ASAP from our Clients.

• Charges:

• Infinitrix Consulting does not charge candidates for the support and assistance/ Jobs or any of the other process   provided throughout  our recruitment  process.

• We operate on a fee-for-service model, where our clients (employers) compensate us for the recruitment and staffing solutions we provide.

• It is against our policy to request any form of payment or fees from candidates for accessing our services or participating in job opportunities facilitated by Infinitrix Consulting.

• Infinitrix Consulting shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to unauthorized fee requests or misrepresentation of our services, conducted by third parties. Candidates are advised to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any requests for payment or fees before proceeding. If candidates choose to provide payment or fees despite our policy, they do so at their own risk, and Infinitrix Consulting shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages. 

• If any individual or entity claims to represent Infinitrix Consulting and requests payment or fees from candidates, please report such incidents immediately to our official email address: [email protected] . Provide any relevant details and documentation, and we will take appropriate action to address the situation and protect candidates from potential scams or fraudulent activities.

• Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • Infinitrix Consulting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of candidate information shared during the recruitment process.

  • Candidate information, including resumes, cover letters, and personal details, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used only for the purpose of job placement.

• Limitation of Support:

  • Support provided to jobseekers/candidates by Infinitrix Consulting is limited to matters directly related to the recruitment and staffing services offered.

  • Support does not extend to unrelated matters or issues arising from third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control.

• Changes to Support Policy:

  • Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Support Clause for Jobseekers/Candidates at any time without prior notice. By continuing to engage with our services after such changes, candidates agree to be bound by the updated Support Clause last updated at 10-04-2024 at 5:35 PM.
