Support Clause
General Support:
Infinitrix Consulting is committed to providing ongoing support and assistance to our clients throughout the duration of their engagement with our services.
Support may include but is not limited to answering questions, resolving issues, providing guidance, and offering recommendations related to the services provided.
Communication Channels:
Clients may reach out for support and assistance through designated communication channels, including email, phone, or through our online client portal.
Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner during regular business hours, typically within 1 working day of receiving the request.
Scope of Support:
Support provided by Infinitrix Consulting is limited to matters directly related to the services outlined in the service agreement or project scope.
Support does not extend to unrelated matters or issues arising from third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information when requesting support from Infinitrix Consulting.
Clients should promptly notify Infinitrix Consulting of any changes, updates, or issues that may impact the services provided or require additional support.
Resolution of Support Issues:
Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to resolve support issues in a timely manner and to the best of our abilities.
If a support issue cannot be resolved immediately, Infinitrix Consulting will provide regular updates to the client regarding the status and progress of the resolution efforts.
Limitation of Support:
Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to determine the appropriate level and extent of support provided to clients based on factors such as service agreements, resource availability, and complexity of the issue.
Support may be subject to additional fees or charges if it falls outside the scope of the services covered under the initial agreement.
Emergency Support:
In case of emergencies or critical issues impacting the client's business operations, Infinitrix Consulting will prioritize support requests and make every effort to provide immediate assistance and resolution.
Changes to Support Policy:
