Shipping and Delivery Clause

This Shipping and Delivery Clause outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of services and any associated deliverables provided by Infinitrix Consulting ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with our services, including but not limited to digital marketing services, IT services and consulting, and any other applicable services, you agree to abide by this Clause.

1. Digital Marketing Services

• Delivery: For digital marketing services, deliverables such as marketing plans, reports, and content may be provided electronically via email, file-sharing platforms, or other digital delivery methods agreed upon between Infinitrix Consulting and the client on Project proposal.

• Timeline: Delivery timelines for digital marketing deliverables will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal. Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, but actual delivery dates may vary depending on project scope and complexity.

2. IT Services and Consulting

• Delivery: For IT services and consulting engagements, deliverables such as project plans, software applications, reports, and documentation may be provided electronically via email, file-sharing platforms, or other digital delivery methods agreed upon between Infinitrix Consulting and the client.

• Timeline: Delivery timelines for IT services and consulting deliverables will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal. Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, but actual delivery dates may vary depending on project scope and complexity.

3. Recruitment and Staffing Services

• Delivery: In the case of recruitment and staffing services, deliverables may include candidate profiles, resumes, and other documentation related to the recruitment process. These deliverables may be provided electronically via email or through our online recruitment platform.

• Timeline: Infinitrix Consulting will make reasonable efforts to provide candidate profiles and other deliverables in a timely manner, but delivery timelines may vary depending on the availability of suitable candidates and client feedback.

Candidate Submissions:

• Infinitrix Consulting will submit candidate profiles to the client for consideration based on the job requirements provided by the client.

• Candidate submissions will include relevant information such as resumes, cover letters, and assessment reports, as applicable.

• Infinitrix Consulting may conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with the client's needs and preferences.

Client Feedback:

• The client agrees to provide timely and constructive feedback on candidate profiles submitted by Infinitrix Consulting.

• Feedback should include specific reasons for acceptance or rejection of candidates and any additional criteria or preferences for future submissions.

• Failure to provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in delays in the recruitment process.

Sample Candidates:

• Upon request, Infinitrix Consulting may provide sample candidate profiles to demonstrate the quality and suitability of candidates in our database.

• Sample candidate profiles will be provided in limited numbers and may not necessarily reflect the exact candidates available for the client's specific job openings.

Request for Sample Candidates:

• Upon request, Infinitrix Consulting may provide sample candidate profiles to demonstrate the quality and suitability of candidates in our database.

Client Feedback on Sample Candidates:

• The client agrees to provide timely and constructive feedback on the sample candidate profiles provided by Infinitrix Consulting.

• Feedback should include specific observations on the relevance, qualifications, and fit of the sample candidates for the client's hiring needs.

• Infinitrix Consulting relies on client feedback to tailor future candidate submissions to better align with the client's preferences and requirements.

Limitations on Sample Candidates:

• Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to limit the number of sample candidate profiles provided to the client.

• Sample candidate profiles are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of candidate availability or suitability for specific job openings.

Data Collection Concerns:

• Infinitrix Consulting takes data privacy and confidentiality seriously. If we suspect that a client is requesting sample candidate profiles solely for the purpose of data collection or other inappropriate activities, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

• Such actions may include refusing further sample requests, terminating services, or reporting the client's actions to relevant authorities, depending on the severity of the situation and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Candidate Interviews:

• Infinitrix Consulting may facilitate interviews between the client and selected candidates upon mutual agreement.

• The client is responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews in a timely manner, and for providing feedback to Infinitrix Consulting following the interviews.

Candidate Placements:

• Infinitrix Consulting will assist the client in negotiating terms of employment and finalizing job offers with selected candidates.

• Placement fees will be due upon successful placement of a candidate, as outlined in the service agreement or fee schedule.

Confidentiality:

• Both Infinitrix Consulting and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of candidate information shared during the recruitment process.

• Candidate information, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used only for the purpose of recruitment.

• Upon termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

4. General Terms

• Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to promptly review and provide feedback on deliverables provided by Infinitrix Consulting. Any delays in providing feedback may impact project timelines and delivery schedules.

• Acceptance: Upon delivery of services or deliverables, the client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the work performed by Infinitrix Consulting. Acceptance of deliverables constitutes acknowledgment that the services have been satisfactorily completed.

• Amendments: Any amendments or revisions to deliverables must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to charge additional fees for substantial revisions requested by the client.

5. Changes to Policy

• Infinitrix Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to engage with our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Policy at 08-04-2024 at 3:00 PM.
